Describe what you require
This is best done with a sample, physical or digital, of your finished product. This helps us form an idea of where the process is heading, and we can begin work with the end in mind. Important detail which we require includes the quantity and size of the work, your colour choice (full colour, spot colour, greyscale or black and white), your paper choice, and your desired turn-around time. Do feel at ease to consult us on any of these options.
We quote
Once we have a full outline of what you need, we will be able to give you a quotation based on your specifications. Along with the quotation, we will let you know what the typical or minimum production time will be.
You evaluate and potentially accept our quotation
On acceptance of the quote, payment is made. We have a preference for electronic transfers or cash payments, but will accept pre-approved cheques as well. We do not offer credit or debit card facilities.
You supply complete artwork or components, and we provide a physical proof
Once we have your artwork, (including any component images, text and fonts) we will produce a proof image for your viewing. Your proof can either be viewed at our premises, or we can send it to you as an email attachment. Upon approval of the proof and an optional physical sample, production on your product will begin. To ease your concerns, eclipsePRINT will not commence production unless you have approved a sample which resembles your final product.
You get your product
Once the job and full payment are completed, it is all yours. We welcome you to come around and fetch your printing, however we do offer a delivery service should you require it.
Please note that on completion, we do appreciate feedback from you. This is not limited to what work we've done for you physically, but on how you felt we conducted ourselves during the course of the business relationship.
