Swing Tickets

Swing tickets are small pieces of card which carry the brand and price of a product for sale, along with other information. They are generally printed onto thicker card, in various custom sizes determined by the client, and punched with a small round hole. Very small swing tags, and tags with an irregular shape, require die-cutting.

Other products similar to swing tickets are used for orderly and responsible admin and production processes. An example, used in clothing retail, is an 'alteration tag' – this has a printed serial number, is punched with a hole and threaded with a string, and having a perforated tear-off section. The alteration tag is printed with a form, to be filled-in by the shop assistant with the necessary information about the purchaser of the clothing, description of the alteration required, and contact information.
